Access to Proffit.ai and our whitelabeled digital products includes a conditional license to use our proprietary assets and sales systems. This license is revocable and bound by the following rules:
Do NOT Alter Product Prices As a licensed whitelabel partner, you must not modify the pricing of any of The Infamous Joel LLC’s digital products. Current and compliant pricing is provided in your Proffit.ai dashboard. If you’re found undercutting prices or offering our products below listed rates, your license will be immediately terminated without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal damages for brand devaluation. No Public Reposting of Protected Content Course content, software walkthroughs, backend setups, and marketing assets provided through Proffit.ai are protected. Redistribution is strictly prohibited. Termination for Abuse or Violation Any abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized resale of our assets will result in permanent ban from all The Infamous Joel LLC platforms, including all current and future offers, communities, and software.
Due to the proprietary nature of our software and the instant delivery of valuable business assets:
Proffit.ai & SaaS Access: Absolutely no refunds under any circumstance. This includes any bundled or bonus items that come with software access. Once your license is activated, all sales are final. Coaching & Group Programs (Automated Affiliate™):No refunds once access is granted. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Low-Ticket Digital Products (under $200):A 14-day money-back guarantee applies, provided the customer has made a good faith attempt to access and use the material.
Violating any of the following may result in legal action, termination of access, and full forfeiture of any fees paid:
Selling Proffit.ai access or digital products without permission. Reselling our coaching or intellectual property without license. Making defamatory claims about The Infamous Joel LLC, its clients, or its partners. Publicly distributing or cloning our proprietary funnels, courses, or software outside the agreed use case. Using our systems to promote spam, MLMs, or prohibited financial schemes.
All materials, software, sales assets, landing pages, video trainings, scripts, and automation provided by The Infamous Joel LLC (including Proffit.ai) are
intellectual property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets for your personal business only. You may not sublicense, replicate, reverse engineer, or white-label our content outside of approved partner frameworks.
By using Proffit.ai or any of our white-labeled digital systems:
You agree to abide by our platform rules, pricing guidelines, and brand guidelines. You understand that misuse of our systems may result in deactivation of your account without refund. You agree that we may update pricing or platform features without prior notice.
Billing & Access
You agree to provide accurate billing information. Failure to make timely payments may result in loss of access.
Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or software at any time, with or without notice.
Third-Party Tools
Any tools integrated within Proffit.ai (such as Stripe, Mailgun, or OpenAI integrations) are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for service interruptions outside our control.
Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results. The Infamous Joel LLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of any service or software.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify The Infamous Joel LLC against any third-party claims arising from your misuse of our platforms or violations of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, PA.
